Delivery & Service Delays
Father's Factory ships via the US Postal Service or UPS depending on weight and destination. No P.O. boxes. We aim to ship items within 48 hours of payment received (excluding weekends & public holidays). Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be notified when your package ships via email, after it is received by the post office (USPS,UPS or Fedex ) we are not responsible for it. When making a return or exchange we highly suggest that you retain your tracking information until after the return is complete. If your package is lost or stolen a refund will not be made.
