Holiday gift sets are excluded from 20% off promotion.
All Black Friday bundle deals purchase made throughout November 22 to 30 is a final sale. It cannot be returned unless it's a defected item.
Other discount sale purchase made throughout November and December have an extended return period that can be returned through January 7, 2020. Please provide the following information within the package: your name, address, telephone number and order number or receipt date. You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped complete in the original box, safely packed with all packaging materials and must be in exactly the same condition as received. If we receive damaged items as a return we will notify you and charge up to a 80% restocking fee or refund will not be issued.
Father's Factory has the right to end any promotion at any time. Promo code is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Other restrictions may apply.

Shipping & Handling
Orders should ship within 2-5 business days from your purchase date. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.a tracking notification will be emailed to you for your reference.
(Business days" are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.)
All orders ships via the US Postal Service or UPS depending on weight and destination. No P.O. boxes. All orders include full tracking with delivery confirmation.
For international orders: Please note that all customs and duty fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in your purchase. These charges may be presented as Cash on Delivery (or COD) by your delivery service.
Father's Factory operates in California state. We are required to collect a 9.5% (CA) sales tax on all items for the orders shipped to a California state address. Products shipped to addresses outside of California state will not be charged sales tax.
Delivery & Service Delays
All orders will be reviewed for shipping restrictions and if necessary, you will be contacted by a member of our team for shipping arrangements. Freight costs incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser and invoiced from Father's Factory. All invoices must be paid prior to delivery. All applicable orders will not be included in any free shipping promotion and will be charged freight fees for delivery.
Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be notified when your package ships via email, after it is received by the post office (USPS, UPS or Fedex) we are not responsible for it. When making a return or exchange we highly suggest that you retain your tracking information until after the return is complete. If your package is lost or stolen a refund will not be made.
The prize credit may be redeemed for merchandise at www.fathersfactory.com. If you return merchandise originally purchased with the prize credit, purchases will be deducted from the amount of this prize credit until the value reaches zero. Please refer to our website for return policy. This prize credit may not be used or redeemed with other promotional offers, and it has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed as cash back. This prize credit is valid for one time use only, and will only apply to the prize winner with the his/her email address. This prize credit will expired on the date indicated above. Free standard domestic shipping, not including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
For our WoodCam Series, The Camera body and camera motherboard is warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for period of 6 months from the date of original retail purchase (Warranty Period). If you purchase a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
We stand behind the quality of everything we design and sell. Please thoroughly examine the product upon receipt. Returns are only available within 14 days upon arrival date of product. If there is a problem with your purchase, contact your local store within 14 days from purchase date. If you purchase a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right. If you change your mind about your purchase, please provide the following information within the package: your name, address, telephone number and order number or date of receipt. Returns are available within 14 days upon arrival date of product. You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment if you return Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item’s return policy period. The WoodCam series will be subject to a 30% restocking fee from your purchase price, when returned within 14 days of receipt of order. Returned items must be shipped complete in its original box, safely packed with all packaging materials and must be in exactly the condition shopper received it. If we receive damaged items as a return we will notify you that charge up to a 70% restocking fee or refund will not be issued and the reason.
If you order the items through our website, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We don’t accept any return or exchanges on make to order item and special-order item.
Unopened sets: If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Opened Items: Opened Items must include the original packing slip or receipt and can be exchange only. You may exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Open Box Sale Items: No refunds, exchanges or return, all sales are final.
