Wooden Digital Camera and Paper Digital Camera Warranty

For our WoodCam Wooden Digital Camera and PaperCam Paper Digital Camera, the motherboard is warranted against defects for a period of 6 months from the date of original retail purchase (Warranty Period). *No purchase received considered invalid.

If your camera does not function properly
1. Visit our Troubleshooting page for detail instruction.
2. If troubleshooting doesn't work, please contact Tammy at tammyt@fathersfactory.com for details.

Please know that you will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged or return item and any difference in pricing will be charged to your original form of payment.

Exchange
We offer exchange if the merchandise:
  • Is returned within 14 days of order delivery 
  • Was not purchased with a sale price (excluding apparel items)
  • Has not been used or played 
  • Is not soiled or damaged 
  • Has original packaging and tags
  • All digital cameras must be new and not used.
Returns
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
it's no longer in the exact same condition as when you received it, we can only provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.

If all of these conditions are met, please use the following instructions when requesting a returned product:

  • Contact Tammy at tammyt@fathersfactory.com 
  • Please state the reason for the return. Provide us with your order number. If you are claiming a defective item, please include photos supporting your claim.
  • Once the return has been authorized, please return the product in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

All used digital products (all digital cameras) are subject to a 30% ~ 50% restocking fee depending on the condition of the return merchandise. If your camera doesn’t function properly, please contact Tammy at tammyt@fathersfactory.com for assistance, or visit our troubleshooting page for more information. 

Packages received after 14 days of delivery. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition, with packaging and documentation, we will process the exchange or refund. Please note that Father's Factory is not responsible for shipping and handling costs for returned items. These are at the customer's expense unless the item has a manufacturing defect. 

Refunds can be issued via store credit or your original form of payment. The process takes approximately 3-5 business days. 

Please note shipping costs, sale items, open-box items, items purchased with Giveaway Store Credit is non-refundable.
