Warranty & Returns
For our WoodCam Series, The Camera body and camera motherboard is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of original retail purchase (Warranty Period).*No purchase received considered invalid
We stand behind the quality of everything we design and sell. Please thoroughly examine the product upon receipt. If there is a problem with your purchase, contact your local store with 30 days of receipt. If you purchase a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right. If you change your mind about your purchase, please provide the following information within the package: your name, address, telephone number and order number or date of receipt. You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping costs.
Returned items must be shipped complete in its original box, safely packed with all packaging materials and must be in exactly the condition the shopper received it. If we receive damaged items as a return we will notify you that a refund will not be issued and the reason.
If you order the items through our website, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We don’t accept any return or exchanges on make to order item and special-order item.Unopened sets: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Opened Items: Opened Items must include the original packing slip or receipt and can be exchanged only. You may exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Open Box Sale Items: No refunds, exchanges or return, all sales are final.
